Follow these steps to purchase your ticket from the official platform.
Important note: The payment process is handled through Fundación UCR, an entity that manages academic and outreach projects of the University of Costa Rica. It is the official organization in charge of processing payments for this edition of the event, so you will see its name on the platform and on your payment receipts..

Step 1: Go to the Fundación UCR website.
Access the portal from the following link to begin the purchase process:

Step 2: Create an account.
Fill out the form with the requested information. Once you’re done and see the message 'Successfully registered', click the red button to return to the login screen.

Step 3: Log in.
Log in using the temporary credentials you will receive by email. Once logged in, update your password and personal information.

Step 4: Check the available tickets.
General admission is priced at 55,000 colones or 108 dollars.

Step 5: Choose your ticket.
Once the ticket is added to the cart, you will have 30 minutes to complete your purchase. With each ticket you will receive:
Access to all talks and workshops. Official event t-shirt. Lunch and dinner (August 22 and 23). Transportation from the hotel to the event venue.

Step 6: Complete your purchase
Go to your cart and verify your personal information. Then, click the 'Continue to payment' button and follow the on-screen steps. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation via email.
